We value patient autonomy. We understand that navigating your health and wellness can be complicated, deeply personal, and sometimes a challenge. We also understand that sometimes you just need ease of access to your medical team. This is why you can find listed here many resources just for our patients. If you have trouble navigating any of these, please call or text our office. We are happy to help!

Schedule Your Appointment

If you are a current patient, you can schedule your appointment through our online scheduling platform.

Appointment Scheduling

For current clients, you can schedule an appointment through Athena Health here.

This links you to our appointment scheduling platform if you don’t want to do it through your patient portal. You can also call or text us at 336-585-7312.

Prescription Refills

Please request this through your patient portal or your pharmacy.

If you would like to request your prescription through the patient portal, please login here. Please allow for 48 business hours for refills, especially controlled substances.

Supplement Refills

You can access a supplement refill request on your Fullscript account.

For supplement refills, please do so on your Fullscript account. All current members receive 10% discount on supplements through Fullscript.

Manage your Membership

Our membership billing platform link through Hint.

You can view invoices, including Superbills, change your payment method, or cancel your membership via this link. Please note that if you cancel your membership, it will end at the end of that billing period.

  • Direct communication with your provider during standard business hours. After hours communication is at the discretion of the provider.
